On April 14, 2024, Guohao Filter officially obtained the IATF16949 certification, covering the scope of filter production. This achievement is not only the industry's recognition of Guohao Filter but also the driving force that motivates us to continuously enhance our product quality and provide superior protection for more engines.
This system begins with the incoming inspection of raw materials and purchased parts.
First, IQC (Incoming Quality Control) inspects the materials. Non-conforming materials are handled through the NCR (Non-Conformance Report) process, and only qualified materials are accepted into inventory.
At the start of production, a First Article Inspection (FAI) is conducted. The dimensions and appearance of the filter are checked against standard production drawings, and filtration performance data is tested to determine whether the product meets customer-specific requirements. Through continuous optimization and fine-tuning of details, the product is brought to standard. Based on the optimized production plan, mass production is approved.
During mass production, operators perform self-inspections and mutual inspections, while quality inspectors conduct routine and fixed-frequency patrol inspections (SPA at key points), constantly monitoring the equipment's self-checking and error-proofing warning systems.
Finally, OQC (Outgoing Quality Control) performs final product inspection using AQL sampling to determine the pass rate of the batch and whether rework is required. Qualified products are then packaged, labeled, and shipped.
To us, filter quality is not merely a cold procedure, but a deeply ingrained belief and a solemn commitment to our customers. From preventive quality planning at the design stage, to every employee on the production line adhering to the "Three No's Principle" (not accepting, not producing, and not passing on defects) in their respective processes, and finally to rigorous inspections from the customer's perspective—each step embodies our relentless pursuit of excellence. The company's control over product quality has established a closed-loop management system that covers the entire process from source to end.
We have moved away from the conventional static "quality control procedures" and instead built a data-driven, self-evolving quality ecosystem. This system shifts the focus of quality management from "post-production inspection" to "preventive measures" and "in-process control." Through a digital quality traceability platform, we can capture even the slightest fluctuations in the production line in real time and promptly initiate root cause analysis and corrective actions. This is more than just a set of procedures—it is a continuously evolving management philosophy that enables our quality capabilities to advance in sync with market demands, delivering consistently exceptional value that surpasses our customers' expectations.
